Okay, love the exercize log....helps me see realistically where I am at with calories expended vs. consumed.

Did some figuring and here is my new goal....need to have a deficit each day of 1500 calories (for example 1500 consumed -3500 expended).

This will set me up to loose an average of 3 pounds a week, 12 pounds a month. A little on the high side - but not unrealistic. This would get me to goal weight in November. Wow that would be so cool!

I have re-set my goal weight to -12 from where I am today and hope to reach that goal in 28 days. So 5/31/12. We'll see how my theory plays out and then I will do some re-adjusting.

I am going to weigh in every 7 days.
