Greatful for another loss (-0.4). Usually after a big drop I gain back a little.
I'm SOOOOOOO tired. I went to bed at usual time so I don't know what the difference was. Woke up more tired than I went to bed. Maybe I was kidnapped by aliens while I was asleep and they made me run a 5K before sneaking me back into my bed. ha.
So my reward for hitting the -20# is a new hair style so I'm off to the hair dressers afterwork and before my birthday party tonight. I now have shoulder length straight medium brown hair, by 5pm I'm going to have 2 inch spikey platnum blonde hair that sticks up everywhere. Think anyone will notice? :)So glad I got back on track in time to have this done by my birthday. I'm not down as much as I originally wanted but I'm learning to be patient-if I stay focused results will happen.
