I walked on the tread mill for 1.5 hours burning according to the data

750 calories for the first hour on 9 and 5.5
500 calories for the half hour

I weighed in at 105.0 kilos flat in the morning

In the eveing I was the same weight.

So far I have lost 0.5 kilos a day by eating 1 or 2 cans of tuna and doing power walking.

My first goal is to reach 100 kilos in the next 10 days.

There after I wish to reach 95 kilos in the following 10 days.

I intend to do it by power walking 1.5 hours a day and limiting my calories to 2 cans of tuna, water and coffee.

231.5 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
