Finished the worship. It's cold here today. I searched for something different to eat and came up with Spam, had some stored in the garage. It's really not a favorite of mine, but I slice it thin, then fry it and add some sugar free maple syrup to the pan, makes a difference...actually not bad...I remember when that stuff was cheap..gosh, I'm old.

LOL not so old..I fry mine too but put mustard on mine with tomtoe on thin bread..makes a nice sandwich..Have a great weekend...:O)

Try it as a Spam and fried egg sandwich with a slice of cheese; it's one of my favorites, especially if you lightly pan grill it so that when it's between the slices of bread, everything kind of melts together. :-) I may even get some tomorrow, just thinking about it; but I usually get the lower sodium Spam; I can't eat the regular stuff anymore.

Funny. Every time someone mentions Spam, I immediately have Monty Python music running through my head. LOL. I know I must have eaten Spam at some point in my life. I'm a WWII baby. But, if I I have, I sure don't remember it.

Gigi...hadn't thought about Spam for awhile. We have it in our food storage for disaster eats. There is a joke about having a hurricane on the Gulf Coast isn't a real hurricane unless you stock up on lots of spam...every one that we encountered has had spam as the main course at one or two of our meals. May have to look into it as there are some good suggestions in your journal.

Spam - I keep it as emergency food for events like Gwen mentioned. It was kind of funny in Hawaii to see that they have Spam almost on every menu. They like it a lot over there. You even find Sushi with Spam *lol*
