Started on May 1st, On day 3 today, just finished the shoulder and arms, and ab ripper x...so sore and tired..Plyometrics killed me yesterday, it hurts to sit on the toilet!! LOL Diet is coming along good so far, i havent had many cravings, but then again, only day 3! i will be glad to get over week one, i dont normally last long on a diet! but im ready to try my best and bring it!! :) time for a shake!
