Tomorrow is weigh in day. I like to weigh in once a week, on Fridays (so if I eat a little extra on the weekend, I have some time to fix it!). Actually looking forward to it. Just to be back on track is motivating. A few years back, I lost over a hundred pounds and then slowly slipped back into bad habits and gained most of it back. This time I will keep on going. I already feel better about myself and that is what the real issue is. Keep the faith everyone. We can do this!!!
