I measured so I weighed too, especially since I kept on track yesterday and I worked hard at swimming. My measurements changed slightly in my breasts and lower belly.

Thank You Father for your love.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 83.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
