A lovely surprise this morning as I was beginning to feel that I had come to the end of my weightloss! I have been stuck at 135 lbs for 2 weeks. I looked at my food diary and realised that I eat vertually the same foods each meal, so I changed it a little yesterday - even going over my calorie allowance. Who knows what kicks in?! I am just happy to have a drop - even 1 lb. I am in my 7th week on Atkins and the going is very slow. I can't even consider moving to OWL until I shift more lbs as the weightloss would be even slower.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
