Putting 126 to account for the pound swing. Every other weigh-in is 125. I am glad to be losing. I am trying harder but nowhere near the discipline I had a few short months ago. Work has been frustrating and some unsavory behaviour by family members. Who fights over the will of a 94 yr old aunt? It's been very ugly, especially for my spouse and his lovely mother. I gave up coffee today. I don't like coffee and was drinking one decaf americano almost every day. I think I just enjoyed going to Starbucks! Back to green tea. Let's see if it helps my metabolism. I have to make a sh*t load of doctor appts. Every bit needs attention. Someone, please tell me to get back to exercise! I have not done a dreaded lunge for months and it shows.

126.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hm you know that feeling when someone is writting your journal... I miss it hear buddy. I miss being fit and its not happening by itself. What are we to do. I hope all things ease up w/ the family. I don't think anyone ever means to get ugly over these issues. Must be because it is so difficult to speak of when we are alive, so now everyone is forced to? I don't know if that made sense. OH and starbucks, I too forget they have tea. All I see is pumpkin loaves and coffee w/ cream. Get back to exercise!
