I did pretty good this week. Just working on portion control now. Even though I don't have a set amount of calories I'm going to stay under, I'm going to record everything I eat. I started yesterday, and I'm hoping this will help me eat when I'm hungry and not just because I'm craving food. I really like it when I can feel hungry before I eat, not just eat because its there.
