I'm so excited that I got over my 184-185 bump in the road. I really think this website will help me and gives me courage to keep with it! I still can't believe that I lost 5lbs in 8 days!!! I believe that my problems was how much I was eating. Now that I am watching what I eat and how much, I can go further!!

Really keeping up on diet and need to do more exercise. Very excited for the challenge but I thinking of starting early. I feel like my weigh keeps changing, up and down, up and down. Being a girl makes it hard to know what your weight is when I keep having water weight issues. Ugh, but I wont become discouraged, gonna keep going! I know I can do it!
