My weight is just crazy. I know I got rid of some water weight yesterday and I had a great workout last night, but I didn't expect to lose 3 lbs. Well, I think it's more accurate than the day before.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
