One little tip I have found for myself -- brushing teeth often; even if I haven't eaten anything and using Listerine. I find that the ritual of brushing makes me less likely to want to eat just afterwards. Also the Listerine is strong enough to overwhelm any cravings for quite a while.
137.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
