So...not sure what is going on but this week hasn't been off to the greatest of starts and I have been having a hard time getting up the motivation to workout. It's...odd. I think I need to listen to this motivational weight loss mp3 that I got. It's supposedly like a self hypnosis thing that you are supposed to listen to more frequently than I have been. Need to change this. @_@ So I worked out double tonight to try and get my workout schedule back on track. Yeah...gotta get my motivation up and my optimism.
