I know I've been saying this for a long time now. But I really mean it...I HATE how fat I am. I despise the body I have and I want my old one back. I need to be faithful in my exercising and I am now trying to be better with my food intake as well (which I've NEVER bothered to worry about before). I've only really been using the tracker tools on this site for two days now, but since I decided to do it I'm constantly considering what to eat and what not to because I want to be honest on here so I can really accurately track my progress, but I don't really want to admit how much I'm used to eating sweets and drinking soda and overdoing my condiments and such. So I've decided I don't want to drink soda anymore...MAYBE once a week to treat myself if I have to, but I really think that's gonna be a big factor for me. I also am watching my portions, I really have been overeating and making awful food choices for a long time and if I curb those habits and regularly exercise I really hope I can see results. I'm proud of my start, but my problem has always been keeping to it. So here's to a new start and a serious effort to stay focused no matter what comes my way... As far as my exercise and food trackers I'm going to try to over estimate my food intake and under estimate my exercise so that I give my self a safe margin of error to keeping on track.

Hi babe! I'm soooo happy that you've joined us! I'm proud of you for taking the first step and for being totally honest about the struggle. I, too, hate having to put down EVERYTHING because I don't want to see it all together in writing BUT it does make it real. I am determined to be honest on this site and lose this weight! Good luck to you! Sounds like you've already got off to a good start. BTW if you find you don't lose weight as fast as you'd like, try lowering your Recommended Daily Intake amount. I lowered mine because I didn't like my results. Don't be too hard on yourself but remember your personal goals. Love you!
