I can no longer drink soda :( I stopped for a total of 3 weeks, now every time I drink it I have really bad gas pains in my chest that wont go away until I burp. If something hurts that bad... I guess it can't be too healty huh? I used to drink almost 1 2ltr. bottle of diet pepsi a day. now I drink about a gallon of water or crystal light. :)
