restarting my new healthy lifestyle. Weigh-in tonight which was scary. I plan to exercise, eat healthy meals and drink lots of water tomorrow. I joined two challenges today...the 10lb in 4 wks challenge and the another challenge that ends in July (fit by July or something like that). Looking forward to doing those to keep me motivated. I am bummed I missed the start of the abs challenge, but I'll do that one on my own. More tomorrow - my first official day. I think I'll talk about what is working and what isn't in this journal.
