I have been uber sick the last couple of days. So, even though I am still trying to track everything I eat, I haven't been trying too hard to eat healthy and just sticking to whatever sounds good and I think I can stomach.

I should just eat rice cakes or something, because I have that gross "sick taste" in my mouth so even though I'm letting myself cheat and eat enchiladas and fries I'm not enjoying them as much as I could be.

I checked Web MD and that site says I should be eating around 1200 a day and exercising enough to burn 700 or so calories. That's kind of a lot of exercise!

As soon as I am feeling a bit better I want to get out on my bicycle or plug in some exercise tapes and start to decrease my calorie intake from the 1400 that I have been at. At this point I am even going over 1400 a lot, so it's going to have to be gradual and take some getting used to.

I haven't weighed myself so I have no idea if this is working and I don't think I've lost 5 pounds or anything significant, but I am starting to feel a little better about my body... stomach not sooo terribly big, hip bones jutting out a bit more etc...

One day I hope to come across a scale and discover I'm under 125 lbs. That would be great!
