Today I am starting a new challenge. I got a Bod Pod body fat analysis yesterday and my goal is to decrease my % by 2 points and to lose 3 pounds in the month of May. I will faithfully log my meals daily and my weight weekly.
122.8 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
