warmup 1 min walk + (4 min jog + 2 min walk) x 4
+ 3min Jog + 6 min walk (hill) + cooldown.

Time; 34min 4K

It was great due to the fact that i experienced no pain or discomfort on the medial shin while jogging or walking :)
