Ok Im back on track. I own a professional blender... the same kind you see at the mall where they mix fruit smooties for you. It's powerful. So I pour in a bit of juice, add some ice and top it off with a few cups of fresh spinach, and create a sweet, satisfying fruit and vegetable smoothie. It's good for you, fills your stomach with lots of healthy stuff, and the best part is it's low in calories!
Sure beats those 100 calorie processed food snacks my husband brings home from work (he works on the machines that produce many of the name brand bars. They even do some kosher stuff. A rabbi comes in and spits in the mix to bless the batch... ewww!)
