MY GOALS WILL BE MY MOTIVATION!!
1. I want to tone up and fit into my pre-baby jeans. Toning is more important than weight loss to me right now.
2. I want to feel comfortable naked (or even in a bathing suit).
3. I want to improve my cardio so I don't get winded while playing outside with my kids. I quit smoking and I want to use my lungs to their fullest extent!
4. My muffin top WILL disappear!
5. I don't want to feel like a frumpy housewife when I'm only 30.
6. I want to stick to a menu that lets me prepare healthy but satisfying meals for myself and my family.
7. I would like to lose 15-20 lbs (135-130 lbs final weight).
8. I want to feel strong.
9. I want to improve my self-confidence.
10. I WILL do this for myself!!! My body and my health are in my control and I will not sit back and let them deteriorate. I WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!
