Mr Mass's Journal, 30 April 2012

Today was a rough day in the fact of eating things I know I shouldn't if I really want to get the wight off of me. I need to have the motivation to get out of bed in the morning a go workout instead of saying that I am too tired or whatever excuse I come up with at the time.
