I am needing a kick in the butt! Beautiful weather, where is my motivation?? I'm hoping it finds me soon. I have been tracking in my food journal what I'm eating, as painful as that may be! I can't believe the amount if junk food I eat!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
