SORRY I HAVE BEEN GONE SO LONG. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH MY WEIGHT SINCE MY BIG WEIGHT LOSS.. I AM NOW BACK DEDICATED. I STARTED TODAY. WITH HIP ABS THIS MORNING AT 5:30AM.. FOLLOWING SHAKEOLOGY.. THE TWO PROGRAMS I WILL FOLLOW IS HIP ABS IN THE MORNING AND INSANITY AT NIGHT AND MAYBE A BRIEF WORKOUT WHEN BORED OF CARDIO FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES.. I WILL BE FOLLOWING A STRICK DIET EATING HEALTHY PLAN.. OKAY LETS GO I AM AT 135 TRYING TO GET DOWN TO 115 OR 110!! FOLLOW ME ON MY JOURNEY LOOSING IS NOT A CHOICE!!
