So, I have been watching my food intake after I binged on Calzone & numerous pieces of pizza on Thursday. My ankles blew up and I felt lethargic and short of breath. I have not eaten carbs or sugar. Mostly fruits, eggs, meat and veggies. Have not been hungry, but still feel tired. Have alot of weight to let go of. Want to drink more water which is harder than dieting.
