I've started to slip, eating too many carbs. Time to get back on track. I'm still proud that I've remained below my goal for a year. Having been on the road this past week and eating more carbs I hate the flabby, bloated feeling. Seriously, keeping hydrated, keeps your body tighter.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Atkins   gaining 0.2 lb a week

Hey Girl! So good to see you!!! Been on my own 'too many carbs' rollercoaster. Maintenance is harder than it looks 'mentally speaking'. At least for me. Especially when you get down around goal weight - enough time goes by and you think 'you got this'... and that's just about the time you 'don't'. Much Love!
