I preformed the fit test on the correct day, I just didn't get around to updating my journal until today.

I think the reason I did so well is because I ate before preforming the fit test. Normally I wake up, do the fit test and the corresponding workout, then eat. This time I ate, did chores for 3 hours, then worked out. Hrm... I like these results!
