Amazing how motivating a bathroom scale can have in getting serious about taking care of our bodies. Although I know that many do not recommend daily weigh-ins, I have decided to weigh in often.
Here is my plan for the day:
4:30 am UP - Official weighin, dressed and ready to roll 4:35 am Here planning my day. Get a glass of water ready for workout 4:45 am Eliptical Machine until daughter gets up and ready for school 6:30 am Off to HS for dropoff 6:45 am Finish Sanding --Standing for 4 hours 10:45 am Breakfast 11:00 am more finish sanding - sitting 3 more hours 1:00 pm shower, lunch 1:30 pm off to run errands. Pick up daughter. Back to work
