March & April weight loss went so well that I'm tempted to stop logging my food consumption. It's time consuming, and I haven't logged consistently in a couple days. I thought about it. In the past, when I don't log, I seem to stop losing weight and maintain my weight instead. That's a good thing, but I'm not at my goal weight yet.

When I write in a paper journal, fairly quickly I stop writing the entries. When I log here, I have good records that I can review if my weight loss isn't as expected.

I will stick with what has been working. I will be at my goal weight by the end of June/early July. I can stick with this a little longer.

Diet Calendar Entries for 30 April 2012:
