CMM13's Journal, 29 April 2012

Well this afternoon was kind of a free afternoon. I've been really good this week. I'm hoping me having a "free" afternoon didn't totally screw me but we'll see tomorrow at my weigh in. Ugh. I hate Mondays let alone weighing in on that day. Maybe I should start weighing in on Tuesday, then Monday wouldn't be so bad. This last week, the weather was awful so I didn't get to walk. The weather looks like it'll pick up this week so hopefully it'll get in there. I did a bit of extra stuff to try and burn more calories even without walking. Another week here I come.
