Weight has gone up a bit from my low last week. I've been following the plan and haven't cheated, but my calories have been higher than they should have been on a few days because for some reason, I've been very hungry. I had a struggle last year when I was in the 170's as my body seems very reluctant to shed the pounds at that level. I always seem to lose and gain, lose and gain. It's frustrating, but I'll keep plugging along and hope for a better result next week.

Lost so far: 14.8 lb.
Still to go: 26.9 lb.

It's funny how that happens. The week I dropped sweeteners, my calories were significantly higher and I was more hungry than ever. Now that I've cut the calories back just a wee bit from my previous-normal, I'm just fine (after a day or two - LOL!). I do believe that there are the so-called setpoints in one's weight where the body seems to fight you every step of the way. Nothing to do but what you already plan to do....just keep plugging along and at some point, your body will relax on into the plan again and drop some pounds for you.
