Zero Carb Bread. It is not wheat bread, so nothing like it. I toasted it this morning, topped it with Smart Balance and Polaner's sugar free with fiber preserve. It was ok, nothing to jump up and down about, but for now it serves my purpose.
Got to get ready or I'll be later for church.
Have a wonderful Sunday my friends.

Sounds good, but is it worth the price? I'd like to try it, but if it's not worth buying, I won't. I hope you had a good time at church, I did, and even stayed for the second service; there's nothing like a double dose of great teaching. :-)

Well, I am sorry to hear that the zero carb bread is not as tasty as the Smart Carb #1...I have 5 loaves on the way and I will eat them. I like toast and have found a Walden Farms preserves as quite tasty so I will just smear my toast with the preserves and tell myself that it is good. Have been wondering for a while if I have an allergy to wheat and this may be a good test as I don't consume much in anything but the low carb bread. Missed church as we had flying we had to do...farmers are trying to get fields ready to plant cotton so there are no weekends. Think Bruce is wanting to take me out for supper as a treat....bless his heart, he still doesn't get that eating out is "work" for me...trying to find something in a Mexican restaurant that I know has not got a bunch of hidden carbs. But I will go, after all, I remember the years after my husband died when I begged God to send me someone to go out to supper with....God has always been good to me! Hope you had a great Sunday.

I am finally home. Had church twice today too Shyguy :). About the bread, you would love the Carb 1 Bread, this one not so much. It was a wonderful day. Jim and I had a late lunch at the Hometown Buffet. I can eat there, Gwen, I ordered 6 loaves, and I will eat them. Yvonne, you would like the Carb 1 Bread. Gwen and I both love that one. But again, ingrediets in the 0 bread are egg whites, oatbran, olive oil, phsyllium, that's pretty much it, a couple of other ingredients, so you can imagine the taste being somewhat flat. I do think it will come in handy still. Be sure to toast it.
