Got a bit frustrated with the whole process yesterday, Was very close to giving up. but figure with some tweaking I should be seeing the results that I want to see. I need to start some low impacting exercise. Maybe this will definitely help!

Make giving up not an option. It's all about getting healthy and feeling and looking good. Losing weight is a marathon not a sprint. It takes a long time to get the weight off. You need to make a commitment to yourself. Adding exercise is a good thing. Good luck!
