On day 7 of induction - started so well losing a pound a day. Day 4 put on 1 pound - checked carbs ok but calories high haven't lost any since then so only 2lbs in 1st week and never above 20 carbs. I can't understand it!

I did the same thing. First week, I lost 5 pounds quickly (water weight I guess), then nothing on the scale. I am now on day 20 and still no lose on the scale. Take your measurements - mine have changed for the better - so I will keep going. Good luck!
