Pleased that I still lost, but half a pound is nothing to shout about - I will have to go find my lost willpower and determination to try to have better success next week - problem is, I'm soooooo busy this coming week that I don't know if I'm going to have time to get to the gym at all, which I'm not happy about. I'm not very happy with myself and I'm not looking forward to this week at all. :(
