slacked off on the cardio this week and can definately tell it. well this is a new week and i am back in the saddle.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.9 lb a week
