Really happy to have lost 3.2lb in 10 days. Recording everything in FatSecret and trying to stick to low GI diet are working for me so far. Really want to stick to it and carry on with the weight loss as am tired of weight yo-yoing over the last 20 years!
161.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
