MOMHHH's Journal, 28 April 2012

I'm really struggling. I always start off strong, then when the weekend comes I fall off the wagon hard. I'm so frustrated with myslef, I feel like every week on Monday I'm starting all over. I really need to find a way to stay on target all week and not get sucked in by all of the weekend temptations :(

I hear you! I feel that way when traveling for work, too. Not a lot of good choices and plenty of bad ones. Keep going!
