So, my actual "Day One" starts on Monday, April 30th along with the challenges I've signed up for. I've been preparing my body by using yoga all month to stretch and get my body ready for the HARD CORE workout days ahead of me. I haven't worked out a REAL workout in about a year now. I hate it! I am gonna reach my goal weight before I have my next birthday, even if it kills me! :)
