Met with Liz today. Got a good start to diet plan, and now have some parameters. 1400-1600 cal/day. Still need to up veges & fruit and decrease fat. (salad dressing has got a lot, but it tastes sooo good. I will finish this bottle & prob go to light/low fat or a homemade vinegrate.

purchased protein meal replacement samples. gonna try out but I will probably end up purchasing a chocolate & vanilla (at least one to start). These will be for M-F breakfasts and prob 1-2 meals/day on weekend.

Need to go grocery shopping again tomorrow. or Sunday.

Doing okay, but need to start walking. SATURDAY WITH RIPLEY! not gonna write tomorrow hahaha--Saturday.

good goals for 3 month need to be practical so I won't be disappointed if I fall short of weight goal. 25lbs minimum loss. walk with Ripley to & from Mom's at least 2-3/wk.

well, that's all for today. :) doing okay, not great, but okay ;)
