Friday evening is here at last! DH is working tomorrow so maybe I'll actually get to take the dog for a walk in the park.
As for my lower calorie experiment - I discovered that my favorite Blue Cheese Dressing is a real diet buster! It will be no problem to park it for a while because I've discovered a yogurt based dressing that is half the calorie and still only 2 carbs.
I think by the end of the weekend I'll be able to weed out the rest of my high calorie food traps.

Heather - Sesame ginger - YUM. Maybe if you look under "oriental salad dressings"
