Day 2 of Lose 20 lbs by June 30 '12 (2 Months)
Taming the Beast with a 3 Day Detox Jump Start
As much as I love Weight Watchers and their guidelines, sometimes I go to this 3 Day detox diet to get back on track quickly.

The better I take care of myself, the more improvements I start to see in other areas of my life, for example, reading self improvement books, listening to motivational CDs, cleaning out my closets, and journaling.
So far so good.

Like your goal of 20 by June, bathing suit season. You sound super motivated - good luck with your detox!! Would love to get back in my better summer clothes too. WW meeting on Monday, so hope to drop a pound this weekend or at least stay the same lol. ;-)

My WW meeting is tomorrow morning at 7:30am and I don't eat or drink before I weigh in. Monday's would be hard for me since the weekends are challenging for me. Does it keep you on track over the weekends if you weigh in on Mondays? I'd love to be buddies. I've very motivated right now and would be happy to support you. Speak to you soon!
