Friday,
I am jazzed it's finally Friday, it has been a looooonng feeling kind of week. Being short staffed at work adds a lot of stress & extra duties, I am sure that has a lot to do with it & probably the reason why I still feel tired this morning...certainly not my usualy peppy self...LOL! It was only 28 this morning, so I suited up in lots of layers to go for our run this morning, but I have to confess...I just couldn't get into it this morning. Legs felt tired, couldn't "get" my breath (too cold + lost my "cold-conditioning"?), so I did spurts of running & then walking. Truth be told probably more walking than running...still, 2 miles is 2 miles...right?
Don't have a real firm supper plan, maybe fish? But for Saturday, I am planning a Zumba & kick box class, trip to fleet farm for flower planting supplies & pooper bags! Supposed to rain on Saturday, so I hope I get all my inside chores done...I have flowers to plant on Sunday!
Motto for the weekend; Be GOOD to ME...meaning not to do the typical overeating & feel bad about it program I have been on. THINK about how I will feel from completing a good eating weekend! That feeling of self-pride that I did it on Monday morning is what I am working towards. I am tired of not being happy with my own behaviour eating wise that is. I am NOT on a diet. I am NOT deprived of anything. I make CHOICES for myself that I BELIEVE in. I think I have the What to eat part down pat...it's that nasty PORTION CONTROL!
Never, Ever give up...Try ONE MORE TIME!

Everyone has an off day now and then - especially after a week of heavy shopping! Maybe you can sleep in (just a little) tomorrow morning. Enjoy that kick boxing.
