Diet has been poor- actually, lots of bad carbs and sweets. Just must still be exerting enough calories to do it. First week at Bond, so we'll see if this amount of activity changes things. In the meantime, focusing on eating healthier and filling up on leafy greens before sweets or breads.

Lost so far: 23.6 lb.
Still to go: 4.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
