I feel your pain as it's soooooooooo hard when there's all the bad stuff that tastes so good. But start now telling yourself you can and you will load your plate up first with low point options. Our China Buffet has a huge fresh fruit and salad section. If yours has seafood options (and you like seafood), help yourself to some of the smarter options. I think WW has a Chinese buffet cheat sheet so it might be good to do a little refresher of what's good and not so good... but I imagine you already know. :-) Don't give up on your weigh in tomorrow. You can still have fun at the party AND succeed. Think how proud of yourself you'll be for DAYS if you can resist temptation for merely a matter of MINUTES!!
