1990 kcal Fat: 53.16g | Prot: 125.63g | Carb: 251.22g.   Breakfast: Chicken, Egg & Cheese Bagel, Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ, Fat Free Skim Milk with Vitamins A & D, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Bananas , All Natural Lowfat Yogurt - Vanilla. Lunch: Original English Muffin, Light Mayonnaise, Sweet Relish, Peeled Mini Carrots, Chunk Light Tuna in Water. Dinner: Plus Penne Pasta, prego, Grated Parmesan Cheese, meals made simple meatballs, Slivered Almonds, Side Salad (No Dressing), Light Asian Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other: Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Blueberry. more...
