Revised Planet Fitness workout. Previous workout: Elliptical for 70 min @ 85-90% max heart rate (random setting). New workout: Elliptical for 70 min @ 60-65% max heart rate (fat burn setting) & 2.5 to 3 miles mountain biking.

Dinner was a good one tonight. Steelhead trout with cajun seasoning, baked sweet potato (plain) and edamame (soybean pods). Very filling and very delicious! Have been trying to eat fish at least 3 times a week. Goodnight everybody.
