I did a lot more 'good' exercise today, but I have had a few treats - I just can't seem to stay away from the treats and it's getting harder and harder the closer to my goal weight I get. I'm craving chocolate constantly and it's driving me mad!!! I am eating well still with loads of salad veg and sensible meals, and I'm still weighing and counting everything, but my willpower isn't what it was and my determination to lose that last few pounds is lessening every time someone says that I look good and surely I don't need to lose any more..... I have gone down from an English sizes 14 to 8/10 and I've had to buy a few new pairs of trousers for work, but because we have no money for new clothes atm, there is no longer any motivation to lose those last 5.5pounds. I want to do it, but I'm finding it very hard and frustrating atm! :(
