Finally broke that 230, yay! I've been eating fairly well but not following my "eating rules" that i set when i started on fat secret. So I'm implementing them again starting last monday and so far so good. I hurt my knee and thats almost healed, so i'm ready to start exercising and hopefully see better gains. good luck to everyone this weekend, have a great one.
